SHIPPING

We currently ship everywhere in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii and Puerto Rico. 

Shipping within the United States is free. Your Nessl Baby Carrier will be shipped within 2-4 business days of receipt of your order. Allow for an additional 3-5 business days for delivery and an additional 5-7 business days for delivery to Alaska or Hawaii. 

RETURNS

We want you to love your Nessl Baby Carrier as much as we do. That’s why you have 90 days from the day it arrives, to try it and test it out. If at any point within those 90 days you decide your Nessl Baby Carrier isn’t for you, return it to us for a full refund! Just send an email to shipping@nessl.com and we’ll send you a return shipping label. Return shipping is on us. 

INTERNAL PURCHASES / RETURNS / EXCHANGES

International orders may be subject to duties, fees, customs, or taxes that are the responsibility of the buyer. International returns or exchanges may be authorized on a case by case basis within 15 days of delivery but all shipping and additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Proof of purchase from www.nessl.com required.
